The Cephalanthus ‘Magical Moonlight’ is a compact version of the standard buttonbush. Its elegant white flowers, which appear in early summer, are striking thanks to their perfectly round shape. Nectar-seeking insects and butterflies love them. The buttonbush is uniquely resistant to wet soil, although it strongly dislikes lime. As such, be sure to add enough potting soil if planting in clay-rich soil. This plant grows to a height of approx. 125 cm, meaning pruning is not necessary. If you wish to prune, do so directly after flowering.
